client copy test run

Hello all,

I know that all users have to be logged of SAP when doing a regular client copy (SCC9).

But is it the same for a client copy test run? Or is it ok when some users are still logged in during the test run?

Thanks

Anne

Thanks for your answer.

So will the users face performance problems on both, the source and the target client or only on the target client?

Thanks

The users will face issues only on the client where you start the test run

Hi Anne,

as the database has more load, the performance will be reduced for the whole system. How heavy the impact is depends on the ressources (cpu, i/o and so on).

Hi

I think best practice ,lock most of the users other than admin users.
