Alerts Displayed for just 2 Days in ALRTINBOX

Hi All,

We have configured alerts in solution manager for various system , the alerts are getting generated for all auto reaction menthod for which we have defined which is visible in RZ20.

But when we run tcode alrt_inbox it shows just alerts for last 2 days , not showing all the alerts even though it is available in the system , so

- would it be possible to change the configuration some where were we can see the list of alerts in alertinbox for duration greater than 2 days.

- While we select on alert and click on complete is there an option we can provide end user to enter the comments .
