Dear Sap MM Experts!

I have a requirement such that the purchase requisition when edited the TEXT feilds should be in display mode.

The users should not be able to change the text in Purchase requisition.

Not possible with standard customization. Check with technical for any modifications using a BADI or exit.

    Hi,

    1. For item level text: from define layout for ME52N make "Text" field display only (Reference data, item)

    2. Do you want to make header text also as Display?? as it will not be copied to PO.

    Thanks

    Nilesh

    Hi A S,

May be you can try following customizing option:

SPRO: Materials Management --> Purchasing --> Purchase Requisition --> Texts for Purchase Requisitions --> Define Copying Rules

Here Select Text Type --> Text Linkages --> Sequence --> Select (N- Text cannot be adopted in target object)

    I hope it helps.

    Kind Regards,

    Prakash
