This is related to the security roles pertaining to PLM WebUI. If someone has been already using SAP DMS and SAP MM transactions like creating/maintaining materials and documents within SAP GUI, would we have to assign the roles specific to document or material maintenance for PLM WebUI. For example there is this role SAP_PLMWUI_DMS_MAINTAIN for PLM WebUI for document maintenance. Should we assign this role to the user if the user needs to maintain documents within PLM WebUI if the user already has necessary authorizations in SAP GUI for cv01n/cv02n transactions?
