[BUG] Missing Avatar in Notifications - a GDPR casualty?

As shown in this image, I was presented with the usual items in my Notifications Feed, but these two were missing the Avatar, and when looking at the image URL properties they pointed to Mike Appleby's image: avatar/michael.appleby, but all other visible avatars are using formats like: https://avatars.services.sap.com/images/michael.appleby_small.png so it would appear we have a slight problem with editorial comment notifications.

It's been awhile, and I didn't encounter explicit directions on this page either: https://www.sap.com/community/about/features-fixes.issues-reported.html#issues-reported

I also see the Using SAP.com to SAP Community tag changes didn't get much fanfare either, or get updated on site pages. I was even further puzzled when I didn't see this followed tag in my list...

I noticed more of these in my Notifications feed today - one from a new Message I received, and from a standard (non-editorial) comment that was added to a blog.
