SU01 - communication method

Hi,

I'm trying to change the Communication Method of a user in SU01 to pager/sms and I get error :

The communication type PAG is not defined

while in transaction SCOT I've defined the PAG configuration and I've successfully sent a message to

a specific number.

my system is PI7.1 Stack 06.

Please advice,

Hi,

Did you enter mobile number in the field 'Mobile Phone' in su01?

hi,

I've set the mobile number in Mobile Phone and in Pager Services as well.

the problem is not in missing phone number, the error shows that it doesn't recognize PAG communication

method.

As far as I know, it is configured in SCOT but it is already configured ...

Any idea ?

it looks relevant but it is not relevant to my basis, we are in Basis 7.1

Yes, I've seen it but in spite of it check the coding. It may be the same error.

Hi Dimitry Haritonov ,

Please make sure that you have entered the proper mobile/telephone numbers for the user whom you want to maintain the communication method.

It will display a warning No data maintained for standard communication type 'Pager/SMS' which can be ignored. later please send the message and check.
