Netweaver 7.0 SR2 installation on windows 32 bit issue

Hi Experts,

I am installing SAP ERP 2005 SR2 (ECC6 SR2) with AS ABAP, AS JAVA, BI JAVA, EP Core and EP in my laptop having configuration 120 GB hard disk and 2 GB RAM. Configure System LAnd Scape Direcctory phase (phase 42 of 47) is running for more than 24 hours and showing Creating SLDDSUSER user... on the message bar at the bottom. It did not throw any error. Any help resolving this is greately appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Check whether SAP inst logs are getting updated or not.if not then check the log files in inst directory for the error messages.

Deepak,

I think installation is taking time based on your system configuration. But, in the meantime, please keep checking the sapinst logs even though error is not thrown.

Hi,

This way you know installation is in the progess if you find recent lines in the log.
