Hi All,
I am working on a enhacement requirement of a client who wants to introduce "Incentives to the customers for the new products launched during campaign."
Can anyone provide a broad overview how this can be achieved so that I can respond to this requiremnt and possibly the complexity involved in this.

Though I have never worked on this but I think this can be achieved thru CRM Incentive and Commission Management.
We use this business scenario to create, manage and report on incentive and commission compensation plans within organization. It utilizes the Incentive and Commission Management (ICM) engine residing in SAP R/3 Enterprise where plan administrators are able to efficiently craft and administer complex variable compensation plans.

Thanx Arup for the Reply. Yes I also can know of ICM engine, but as per my research on this , implementing this will require subsantial effort. I understand there ICM would provide standard interfaces to connect with CRM but do you hv any idea how the incentive program can be launched in web ui. Does it require to develop the screens? Because in that case I see it to be big challenge.
