Help Needed in COOISPI T-Code

Dear experts.

After executing cooispi t-code and selecting "CONFIRMATION" from Drop down list and entering Material or Order Number.. The report does not show me the Material number and Material description for the following order.. both the fields are empty..

PLease Help.!

Hi,

If you require material number and description mandatoryly then i think you have to go for customized report.In this case you can use tables like AFRU(Confirmation) and AFPO/AFKO (Order details).

OR you can guide the user to tahe the dump with confirmation option and again with header option and do the vlookup.

The fields are there in the report but the data is not there why?..

and if i go for customization then i have to make another T-Code rite ?

My Client need material number and material description in the confirmation report.

how can i do that?

Dear Saad,

Check whether COID or CO28 can help you.

But i guess in CO28 you will not get the material number.

Also check whether the note which is in the link describing the same issue can help you,

Hi,

Confirmation the system shows you the details of the confirmation it is not actually rrelavent to the goods movement.Please select "Documented Goods movement" option from the options and then provide the material plant and order and then execute.

The confirmation is related to yield and start/finishdates with time etc.
