Hello Everyday

During the update on the Transfer prices for item number, accidently some items have been added in the system without any description and hierarchy.

Now while using the master data cleanup wizard: it is showing the error that other users are connected but there is no user that is connected´: Exact error attached.Please let me now how can I proceed.

The another question is if I delete these items now and want to add again through MDG portal would it be problem or not?

Please let me know this.This is quite urgent.

Hi,

1. Did you backup the DB before updating the items? If yes, restore it.

2. If transaction not posted those items you can remove and add it later.

3. Stop event sender and integration services under Services for data clean wizard.

It was a successfull cleanup and no problems faced so far in adding the same items again through MDG.

Restart SAP B1 Services it will be Ok because sometimes connections remains established with Database wile users are disconnected. or if there are any add ons disconnect the also.

Regarding Second Question what is MDG portal you need to check support team of relevant product
