Authorisation for GRPO

Hi All,

I am facing one problem while giveing the authorisation. I am using 2007B(pl-03). I want to restrict one user who is doing GRPO. I have given full authorisation for Inventory,General,Extension tool,Administration and to Purchase order and GRPO. The problem is when i am adding a new document (GRPO) cursher is not going to the unit price field. In document setting this field is marked as visible as well as editable.

can anyone give me the solution.

Thanks & Regards

Santosh

    Hi

    Pls tell us clearly

"The problem is when i am adding a new document (GRPO) cursher is not going to the unit price field"

    1. At time of adding why should cursur go to unit price field.

    2. If you want to change unit price, you have to go form settings and enable active field.

"In document setting this field is marked as visible as well as editable."

    what is this?

    regards

      Pasupathy,

I think you did not understand my requirement. Yes there is tow user one is for purchse order and 2nd one is stores person.I want the stores person should enter the unit price because sometimes he makes the GRPO without Purchase order. The problem is I have given full rights for GRPO and in form setting unit price is active and visible still he is unable to enter the unit price.
