Hi,
It is a REM scenario. Backflushing happens by background mode at every 10mins.
For ex. FERT material say X and HALB material Y. While backflushing system has to consume the material Y. But system not consuming sometimes, that is also within a day. Any clues?
For your reference, ECM is activated for this BOM.
Regards,
Dharma
Dear Dharma,
Can you check what's the component's quantity and unit of measure assigned in the BOM?
Also can you please check when its successful what's the GR quantity and when it's getting failed
what's the GR quantity?

Hi,
Thanks to everyone for your replies.
COGI is not generated. Eventhough COGI generated, the backflushed material document should show the consumed part. But the item material not listed in material document.
This semi finished material is a phantom assembly. Below that 5 item materials are listed. All the items are consumed except one line item.
Release key & Revision level is not used. Within a day, in some documents material was consumed and some doc not consumed.
Anymore clues?
Regards,
Dharma

Dear Dharma,
1.Check whether is the problem only with GI or GR also.
2.Check whether is it happening for specific components.
3.Check whether the release key is not set for any of the change number used for BOM creation or
change. Also ensure once after the changes are made you have calculated the preliminary cost estimate
once again in KKF6N.
4.Is there failed movements in MF47.
Check and revert back.

Dear,
If you are using ECM ,check whether is it a change number with release key,if so then check whether the release key has been set for that change number. And validity date.

Hi,
Any logs in COGI ? Also since you specify that ECM is active, are the components in the BOM valid on that date?

Vivek
