outbound call with number prefix in webclient

Hi,

We implemented CRM 6.0 for interaction center, using call list in webclient. When we make an outbound call in office, number prefix 9 is necessary before dialing customer's phone number. But this number prefix isn't included in call list. How to solve it?

We had a similar situation , to my knowledge there is nothing that can be configured . You can work this out through a quick enhancement .... Enhance the Controller to add the prefix once a call is selected from the Call List . Would prefer if you create a Custom Table to maintain the Prefix , may be based on Country i.e US = 9 .

Thanks for your help!

I setup replacement number 9 in transaction SPHB, it works in winclient while not in webclient.

Is there any other configuration for that?

Hi Robert - SPHB is for SAPPhone . So I am guessing you are using SAPPhone as your Communication Management Software for CIC 6.0 and not using any third party like Genesys , CISCO .

I cannot comment on SAPPhone capabilities around this . Howver based on my experience with third party , I can suggest the best bet is my already suggested solution . Put a Small code enhancement .

Let me know if you are clear on the enhancement steps or not .
