We are planning to set each of our production lines up with a dedicated supply area to perform Kanban bin replenishment. Each production line has multiple assembly stations, with each station containing multiple material numbers in Kanban bins. Some of these materials are located in more that one station on a given production line.
Is it possible to set multiple control cycles for a given part in a specific supply area? If so, how is that done?
No, control cycle defines production supply strategy for a given material to a given production supply area. I guess you should have a production supply area for each assembly station. That would give you the flexibility to define different supply strategies (control cycles) of the same material to different stations.

Hi,
You can not setup multiple control cycles for a given part in a specific supply area.
