Documents not opening in File Storage Inbox in cfolders

Hi Experts,

We have configured FTP box for file storage in cfolders. We are

able to see inbox and outbox, when we click on "File Storage" link. We

also able to see the documents present in inbox or outbox folders.

But the problem is that we are not able to open these documents as

they are not clickable (there is no hyperlink ! ).

Please suggest what should we do to Open documents from FTP inbox.
