mass delete SWCVs from IR

Hi All,

is there any way to delete (infact mass delete) all the empty software component versions from IR.

We, by mistake, selected all while importing from SLD. and now the list of SWCVs in IR is very huge.

it is taking too much effort to select and delete each SWCV in IR individually.

I would like to delete all the swcvs which are empty, i.e. which dont contain any namespaces.

In pi 7.0 the mistake of select-all and import was possible,

we are now on 7.1, glad that select-all and import is not possible, In pi 7.1 esr, we have to import swcv from sld one by one only.

There is no way you can accomplish task of mass delete but then as per what you have said that you did a mistake by selecting all while importing then why not re-import and this time please don't repeat the same mistake. P:

Hi Joel,

I hope even if he re-imports , SWCV what he is having now and what he is going to re-import would be less , so it would override and leaving other the same as now.

hmm.. need to delete manually one by one..

joel, i think srini is right, even if try reimport, the existing swcvs will be kept as it is.
