Many Billing documents created same spool request

Hello Experts,

I am trying to execute billing documents through VF03, I had printed out one yesterday to spool. Today I tested the PDF functionality with 2 more documents. When I went to go to print them they were added to the existing spool from the day before. Not sure why not separate spools.

Please help me on this.

Dear Satish,

do you use Sapscript/Smartform or adobe form in VF03? Spool setting parameters can be passed from the application program.

Please check your print program:

1. In case Smartform
When you call the function module of the Smartform, there is the structure OUTPUT_OPTIONS, by which you can set the output parameters
of the Smartform. If you set OUTPUT_OPTIONS-TDFINAL, the spool request will be closed so therefore no other spool can attach to it.

2. similar in case Sapscript: Function OPEN_FORM -> parameter OPTIONS-TDFINAL

3. Function FP_JOB_OPEN and parameter SFPOUTPUTPARAMS-REQFINAL
