SAP EWM - ASN/BOL reference already exists in document

Hi,

I have seen few posts on same question and everyone suggest to look for SPRO-->EM->interface-->ERP integ.-->General setting-->Control prameters for ERP version.

But, I am using S4HANA 1709 centralized EWM. Its strange there is no SPRO node exist now to suppress the duplicate ASN check.

Strangely, in my dev client things working fine, that is I can have multiple inbound delivery with same ASN number, but in my Integration Testing client its failing and giving error in SMQ2 - 'ASN/BOL reference already exists in document 3.

I explored many things but not successful yet.

Can you please suggest.

Hi,

Though it may be late to reply to above question, I would like to share the correct path for this.

Go to SPRO - SCM EWM - EWM - CrossProcess - Delivery-Warehouse Request - Process Management & Control -- Define Process Profile for Doc Header.

For allowing inbound delivery ASN, you can select process profile /SCWM/INB_PRD. Click on details and change Unqiue ASN # to DO NOT CHECK IF ASN IS UNIQUE.

The customizing table you're referring to is, in older versions, /SCWM/TCTRLPROCS. You can try if the table/view is available on your system in SM30.
