Persistent dimension set up for BPC 10.1 Embedded Consolidation

Hello,

We've created an info object in BW modelling for the Ownership Account and assigned it to the real-time infocube, however within BPC web it is greyed out so we are unable to maintain its values. Is there a specific setting that needs to be flagged in BW modelling for BPC to know whether it is a virtual or persistent dimension??

Hi,

check whether in transaction RSD1 the characteristic has the setting Master Data Access = Default; in this case master data maintenance is possible in BW and thus should also be possible via BPC. Of course, you should also check authorization.
