- support message is created while testing via Solman in transaction STWB_WORK
- this message can be seen in transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR
- message has the status New
- status dropdown list options are passive and can't be selected
--> Fast entry -> Service process: Status
QUESTION:
How the support message status can be changed in CRM_DNO_MONITOR, eg. to be 'Completed'?
