Assigning IT 0002 Gender field in HCM Forms and Processes

Hi,

I need to update IT 0002 Gender(GESCH) field from a HCM Form. We are using screen structure HCMT_BSP_PA_XX_R0002 while assigning fields in SAP_PA service. However gender field is not available in the field list of this screen structure. Any help on how can we assign a new field to the list? And if we assign it would it work the way other already available fields are working?

Hi,

is the field 'Form of Address' avaiable in your form?

For some countries 'Gender' is not displayed in IT0002 but determined based on Form of Address (P0002-ANRED).
