if employee coming late night shift allowance not allowed

Here night shift allowance calculation is written in pcr. But when an employee come late he/she is not eligible for night shift allowance. Kindly late me know where I can check this late our check. Because now they want even a employee will be late but night shift allowance will be paid

Yes I have identified the PCR, in that what is the amount given is written and comparision with constant table amount is also there. But there nothing is written that if employee will come late he/she will not be eligible for night allowance.

Try to find the pcr that evaluates the Time-In to identify if the emloyee is late, and modify it (or replace it y a Z copy) so that it would generate an Information Time Type (such as LATE with HRS=1).

That information Time Type could then be used in your night allowance pcr to decide wethet it will be paid or not.
