This is what has been written to the log :

Error! Connection failed to node jose for database ***:

I really can't work this one out. Aany help is greatly appreciated!

    Hello Warren,

First off, do check if the user installing the EP instance in your server has the needed authorization to access OS services (Admin rights basically - but should be unlikely to have no admin rights whilst installing in the server). Secondly and more than likely, check if certain port/s (1527?) are blocked caused by firewall/security settings of your server.

You can check the port that's being accessed by the installation sequence via netstat, I believe. Not 100% as I haven't installed one for quite a while now.

    Hope this helps.

    Godspeed.

    Regards,

    Jan
