A question for BPS layout - get the sum of quantity but not Rate

Hello everyone

Now in my layout, there are to Key Figures ROW : quantity and rate.

I wish to get the sum of Quantity but not Rate.

I know, in layout i can get the sum by click a button. but if i do it. I get the sum of quantity and Rate. I just want get the sum of quantity but not rate.

How can i do?

Are your keyfigures present in lead columns(rows) or in data columns?

I'm very sorry that i can't understand what's your mean.

To better communication, I will show you a example.

Now i hava a layout. the structure of it like this:

customer material quantity Rate

110001 20101 150 30

110001 30102 350 70

Now the Sum will be that:

customer material quantity Rate

110001 20101 150 30

110001 30102 350 70

500 100

I just want sum the quantity(500) but not Rate(100)

How can i do

In BPS layout if your keyfigures are appearing in Data columns you can't display the total in a row for a selected keyfigure as you have told in your example. The totals will be displayed at characteristic level always.

So you can select if you want to display the totals grouped by customer or material but you can't select whether to display total for quantity or rate.
