Hi,

Simple method is to check if the Post to Inspection stock Indicator is activated/allowed for the particular inspection Type. (IMG>Quality Inspection>Inspection Lot Creation>Define Default Values for Inspection Type)

Regards,

Keerthi.

We have checked the seetings. For inspection type 04 though the indicator ' Post to inspection stock ' is active , but in UD the tab for stock posting not appearing . What may be the reason.

Hi,

Pl check if the last operation of the order confirmed is having Auto GR in its control key.

Check the lot size defined in the insp plan header also

Hi

You can check it in

SPRO>Quality management>Quality Inspection>Inspection Lot Creation>Define Default Values for Inspection Type.

The same can be checked in Material master quality management view also.

If you are having Quality info record and in Q-Info record if u have set the "no inspection option", then whenever you do GR(for the material and vendor combination) the goods will be posted to unrestricted stock instead of quality.
