Hello Folks,

Is there any standard functionality available to check number of employees used offline download & upload functionality during the appraisal process.

> HRHAP_ACT_LOG - Do not have option to check the number of forms being download

Also please share the steps if we can enable log in HRHAP_OFFLINE table

Hello Kumar,

Nice day.

If you would like to know how many appraisal documents are downloaded right now, then the
PHAP_ADMIN_PA -> Goto -> Locked Offline Appraisal Documents
can be used to view the appraisal documents that are currently downloaded.
These downloaded appraisal documents are saved in HRHAP_OFFLINE table.

But I think you may probably want to know for how many times the documents are download in total
by all the employees, then there is no standard function for such requirement.

For making change log on table HRHAP_OFFLINE, KBA 2479911 - How to enable change log on PD database table
can be referred to.

As for the action log HRHAP_ACT_LOG, the standard function does not record the number of downloading times,
but you can also consider using the BAdI HRHAP00_ACTION_LOG to better enhance the action log based on your business requirement.

But please understand the HRHAP_ACT_LOG is based on individual documents.

Thanks for your quick response.

yes, we would like to know the number of appraisal documents updated ( offline download & Upload ) using the offline form option.

I have checked the wiki and snote , understand that there is no standard functionality available .
