Schedule line problem

Order Has been created for 80 qty,but schedule line is confirmed to 72 qty.

when i was checked in MMBE system showing 80 qty under unrestricted use, there was no open orders or open deliveries.

could you pls explain what could be reason.

Dear Ravi

Check in material master MRP view whether any safety stock is maintained in which case, system will confirm stock only after reducing the safety stock whatever you maintain in material master.

For this brand code safty stock has been maintained.
