Get Value using Rule

Hy, I am using one Rule to get agent (PO release worffow),I am using custom table & Functional Module in rule.

But I am not able to get return value. Kindly suggest.

No when I simulated Rule at that time there is no problem to get agent, but when I am going to have that rule in workflow at that time it does not work.

Hi,

If Simulation it working definitely it will work in Workflow. If not working value is not passing to Rule Container or Binding is not done properly. Check and Regenerate the binding.

Hi Yagnesh,

Can you please clarify whether the rule is not able to return value of agent or you are not able to access this value in the workflow?
