BT missing in live payroll run

Hi,

I have run a live payroll run and WT/559 is missing in results, also BT doesn,t created while all was good in simulation mode. I reversed the payroll and then ran a correction adjustment from offcycle workbench. It is giving the amount which is a tax on his payments and creating a zero check.

Can anybody help me resolving the issue
