Publishing a report

Hello All,

I would like to do report bursting. I am currently using CRSXIR2.

Here's what I have done:

1. Open the Crystal Management Console and log on

2. Then I clicked on Manage objects to proceed to objects. The 'Objects' section is suppose to display the reports that have been published to crystal enterprise. <-- How do you published a report to crystal reports. My report is not on the list.

Any help would be much appreaciated!

Hello,

For multiple pass report bursting, go to the CMC, get your report, click the Schedule Tab and get the Schedule For sub menu. Make sure you have setup Universe Restrictions.

How do I get my report. I went to CMC but I can't get my report. How do you get your report to show up on CMC?

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi All,

I am using Crystal Report Server Release 2. How do you export a report to different clients with only their information? I have created a template with all the columns for each client. I have each clients name and each clients ID... And before you export the report do I need to configure anything or set up anything. I am new to crystal report; this is my first time exporting a report. A step by step example would be very helpful.

For example: I have a Client (clt_name_1), Client ID (dbr_client) and each clients has a more than one debtors (dbr_name1). At the end of each month I would like to export the report that I created with all the columns to client via emai, PDF format. We have over 70 clients with all their debtors information. Each clients are different. Is is possible to automate a report to all the different clients with their correct data at the end of each month. I just dont want the clients to end up with all the same data as one another. A step by step example would be very helpdful.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello,

This is what happens when I tried to schedule a report to clients. Any ideas why this is happening. I am trying to export the report to different clients with their specifics data on XIR2.

Also, is it possible to create a report that has a parameter that prompts for clients with their specifics information then save it, and publish it. Then prompt it for the another client publish it and save it. Since I have to automate the report at the end of each month will it update the data automatically if I do this? I'm not sure if crystal allows you to this.
