Hello,

we are trying to run Lumira Designer Reports on mobile with the latest SAP BO mobile App (6.8.2.2) on iOS. Our BO platform version is 4.2 SP5

Is that working in general? Did anyone try that?

Currently the loading stucks with the "loading forever" screen described in note 2536378 and 2488458.

Please share your expiriences. Thanks!

Dear Gupta,

we're facing the same issue after installing a patch7 for BOE 4.2 SP6. the reports are listed but are loading forever without any error.

the web.xml we're using is the same as described in this note:

2536378 - Accessing Lumira documents through BI Mobile App gives error, Error Opening the Document

the Lumira docs were accessible before the upgrade

Lumira Server and Client Versions are 2.2 SP0 Patch 1.

is there any other notes who can help.

regards

Younes

Dear Michael,

Please confirm the following:

1) Is the behavior you have outlined above still persisting in the said landscape ? If Yes, could you please attach the web.xml file from the affected landscape from the below path:
"<BOE Install Dir>\SAP BusinessObjects\tomcat\webapps\MobileBIService\WEB-INF" folder.

2) Were you able to view the Lumira Designer reports earlier in SAP BI Mobile App ?

3) Are you experiencing this behavior post upgrade of BI Platform or Lumira ?

Best regards,

Hi, Michael

We have opened dashboards on mobile devices, but since the update of SAP BI Platform SP 05, new errors have appeared that are applicable only to mobile devices (iOS, Android).

Lumira Designer 2.1 (Release 2.1 SP1 Patch 1 (Version: 21.1.1))

More precisely, for only one Scorecard table it is enough to press a finger once on a line and it stands out, that is, it works as before.
But for the other tables Scorecard, it's not enough to press the table line once to make it stand out by the onSelect event.

When testing, we found:

- if you click on the line once with your finger, but it turns pale gray

- If you click on a line with two fingers, it becomes dark gray, as if onSelect or onClick event occurred.
