Hi, We currently have implemented Recruiting, On-boarding, Employee Profile, Learning and Marketing, and are just starting the implementation of Performance & Goals and Compensation modules. We would like to understand in details how does 9Box (Performance Matrix) functionality work if we are not yet implementing Calibration nor Succession modules. Mainly we would like to understand how is the data integrated and how it works.

The Matrix grid reports performance vs potential and how vs what matrix, gives you insight across available talent and help you compare candidates from a team or department. You use this report to identify your high potential talent. The matrix grid are just reports so you can't actually take any action from the reports directly. But you can identify your top talent, based on your placement grid.
