Importing Contacts via CSV template failed

Greetings!

I tried to import contacts via the template that I downloaded but I got the following error "You have no authorization to import interaction contacts". I've checked this question - https://answers.sap.com/questions/550892/you-have-no-authorization-to-import-interactions-i.html but it doesn't relate to my issue. I'm not trying to upload CSV over API. I've also checked the documentation - https://help.sap.com/viewer/ac1eab4c66bc490da7ac2c378c46b0e7/1805.500/en-US/7dd16e5458548c4ce1000000... and I do already have the role - SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR_MK assigned to my user. I've checked if some other role might be needed, but nothing seems to be missing. Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi Plamen,

Please check the assigned Business Catalog "Marketing - Import Data" for unrestricted read and write access.

Go to Maintain Business Users -> select your user -> select Business Role "SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR_MKT" and check the Business Catalog from there as described above.
