Good Day,
I have customized reports created with Crystal report and loaded into SAP GRC. I have no copy of the reports in my system, server or pc.
I want to edit and remove some fields in those crystal reports.
i want to know where in SAP can i go to view and edit those reports, or if i need the crystal reports software to view and edit those reports. Where in SAP can i view those saved customized reports. I know where to go and see the fields of those repots, but i want to view the design so i can remove the fields.
please assist.
regards,
Hi Don,
let me try it out.Thanks.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
To be able to modify the report you need CR Designer installed and then able to publish it back to your system.
You can get a trial version of CR from here:
https://www.sap.com/products/crystal-reports.html
But check with your administrators to see if you are allowed to...

Hi Vitaly,
Thanks for the response, much appreciated.
However i'm looking at how i can edit it on display level so i can remove a field and add another field. Without Crystal Reports, BO or BW. Is that possible ? Or even to view the crystal report in the back-end of SAP. Not in that level of the note provide, cause that can be done also on report column editing in SPRO, but not seeing the layout.
Unless if its possible to use the method suggested to remove a column there, and its automatically removed in the crystal report directly. Please advise.
Regards,
Mashudu
