Does BW Certification retake needs payment

Hi all,

I would like to know few things about SAP BW certification.

1. SAP BW Certification retake needs payment again?
2. SAP BW Certification (non-cloud) can be taken in a class-room setup or needs to be taken only online in our environment?

Could someone please guide me on this.
