BOM structure has extra sub items in CRM which is not maintained in master data

we have a BOM structure maintained in our client specific ECC environment. However, from past few days we are observing that when ever a component is removed and new component is added, the delta load runs in CRM but replicates even the removed component and displays in CRM. This is giving lot of inconsistency in the BOM data. Request any one to please help on the issue, on how the removed items are also being replicated in CRM. I have tried request load as well, but the result is same.

For Example.

BOM ABCD

components X, Y, Z.

I will remove Z and add W in CS02.

in CRM It displays as X, Y, Z, W, however Z should be visible as its removed from BOM master data. even after the request load the result is same.

Hi Archana,

A request load for BOM will not delete the extra component present in CRM system. Request load will only update the existing entries or insert the new entries.

The issue you are facing, is it related to BOM object or BOM_ERP object? If it is BOM_ERP check the note 2276834 which talks about the similar scenario.
