Looking for software label - SAP:AKK:72:KERNEL:*:WINDOWS_X86_64:*

I am currently doing an import using SWPM and it is asking for a software package with the label SAP:AKK:72:KERNEL:*:WINDOWS_X86_64:*. I have been going through various versions of the kernel software but can't find the software with the right label. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I am currently using kernel version 7.21_ext NUC patch 900 but SWPM is asking for something else before letting me continue with the import.

I was not looking to install anything, I have exported from our production system using SWPM with out issue and I am now trying to import into our test environment to refresh the data before starting an upgrade. I am getting prompted for the oracle client software, I have found this and the kernel software. For SWPM I am using RMOS70SWPM10_12-20009707.SAR. This system is non unicode, oracle on windows.
