PM Order - PrePopulate Operation

Is there a way for an operative to enter the operation on a PM order by selecting from a code list. In our case its unplanned maintenance on vehicles. So for example they want to enter the code 1234 and this enters the text of the repair e.g. Replace Front Wheel and the expected time to do the job etc. The only possible way I can think of at the moment is tasks but that's a few more clicks than i'd like e.g. Extras > Tasks etc.

Hi Joel,

You may use the Standard Text Key concept to populate the description at the order operation level. However, this will not be helpful to pre-populate the work hours/units related to the operation.

Thank you for your response. I should have said Ive already looked at that and because it doesn't give me times I'd ruled it out.
