Steps to maintain and activate SAP_GRAC_FIREFIGHT_LOG_REPORT workflow in GRC 10.0

Dear All,

I have activated BC set GRC_MSMP_CONFIGURATION for standard MSMP workflows.

Also have activated Common Workflows- Perform Automatic Workflow Customizing & Perform Task-Specific Customizing

Now we would like to maintain & activate standard MSMP workflow SAP_GRAC_FIREFIGHT_LOG_REPORT for FFID log report review.

Anyone please help me with the steps to maintain/activate this workflow.

Hi Shradha,

either you follow Ken's approach or you use transaction grfnmw_gen_version to generate the version.

Hi Shradha,

You simply open MSMP workflow configuration using tcode GRFNMW_CONFIGURE_WD, and select process SAP_GRAC_FIREFIGHT_LOG_REPORT, advance through all steps of MSMP, then in step 7 "Generate Versions" you Save/Simulate and then Activate. The standard configuration that was populated with the BC set will make this work just fine.
