equipment does not appear in inspection lot for calibration

hello all

we have a simple calibration process in PM, with minimal QM.

a maintenance plan which contains an equipment type test/measurements,

a task list with measuring point 300 for equipments and an operation QM01 for inspection.generates an order type ZP05 (copy of PM05).

the order contains everything that is in the plan and the inspection is generated.

the inspection has a link to the order and contains the inspection type assigned to this order (very simple, no instructions as the inspection is only visual).

My issue: the equipment does not appear in the inspection lot.

QA11 can be done but the equipment is not there and therefore, also its status will not change if rejected.

what setting/link have I forgotten?

EDIT: in the inspection, the equipment description appears, but not its number (see screshot below)

after a lot of research, I found out the following:

1) a Master Inspection Characteristic (MIC) must be created for the Task list operation

2) In the characteristics control indicators, "sampling procedure" checkbox must be selected

3) a window to fill Sampling procedure data will appear: fill in the sampling procedure created previously.

The equipment(s) will appear in a tab "Equipment" in the inspection.

I am still struggling with the status change as the window that is supposed to give the choice of status change appears but is empty (It should contain the equipment, actual status, proposed status).

But at least I advanced and documented it for future references

an interesting point: the generated inspection has the equipment description in it, but not the number!
