FIWTIN_QRETURNS report not generating

Dear Experts,

I am trying to generate quarterly return excel file by executing T-codeFIWTIN_QRETURNS

All configuration is complete in terms of report. Still it is not generating

I am seeking solution in S4-HANA.

Hello Ninad,

There would be several reason for this issue to occur.

Note implementations too play a role here in resolving the issue.

However, as a basic check, you would have to ensure the following:

1. J1INCHLN (internal challan) and then J1INBANK (external challan) are posted. Only then such documents are eligible to be picked in FIWTIN_QRETURNS. Table J_1IEWTCHLN would come in handy. You could also check this information in transaction J1INEMIS.
2. Check if all the selection criteria is correctly entered such that the documents you're expecting to be picked meet the criteria ( such as section code/section code group should be the same, clearing date & fiscal period of the documents should be within the period mentioned in the selection criteria .
3. In case you're expecting transport vendors to be picked, the check box should be ticked.
4. If you're unable to pick documents related to 194I, then I'd suggest you refer KBA 2206220 and perform accordingly.
