Has anyone implemented Dispute Management in 4.7?
If you have how easy/difficult was it?
How ling di it take?
Was it done internally or by outside consultants?
This functionaliy has been requested by the business and I need to consider the implications.
Do I need to consider anthing else as my understanding is that this is really part of FSCM and was/is more to do with ECC5/6 although it is available in our 4.7 enterprise version in the IMG.
Any help/suggestions welcom.
