In Retail article master , QM Inspection setup grayed, not able to as

Dear Friends,

We have IS retail implementation at clients place, instead of material master (MM01) view we maintain article master in MM41, my problem is I am not able to assign 04 / 06 inspection type as this field is grayed out.

Instead of 'Inspection setup' tab there is 'Display Insp. data' tab even in change or create mode. So if i am trying to assign the inspection type then system says no inspection setup data exist, not allowing me to assign the inspection type.

Please give your valuable inputs.
