Authorisation object and Role for "FOR APPROVAL" in IM

Dear Experts,

There is a problem when Im creating AR with the role.

My intension is to not to allow the User to "Approved/Rejected" status to set. (I restricted by doing B_USERSTAT object. this is okay)

Now the problem is, Right now my user "A-Test" contains X and Y roles. Here X-Masterdata and Y-all authorisation available in this (With B_USERSTAT). What I did is I have removed Y role and I assigned my own role (say Z) with B_USERSTAT. It is working fine, but "FOR APPROVAL" button is disabling here.I have to enable this.how is it possible?

Now, I have to use both Y role and Z role together for user "A-Test".But here it is allowing to do the Approve and rejected. It should not. (In this case already existed Y role , I cant made any changes), with out making any changes to Y roles. can you give me the solution.how it is possible.In this case "FOR Approval" button is enable.

check the Authorization object for the Approval and check the number and provide the authorization

enter SU22 t code and

enter the IMA11 transaction code

and press execute

it will display the authorization objects.
