Hello Exprets,
After installing Outlook integration addon, did the necessary setting with regard to the system. But when i am in AR invoice by clicking the email button it is showing "operation completed successfully" but mails are not going. please do the needful.

Are you sending through Mail Server SMTP or Outlook. Under Administration > Add-ons > Outlook Integration > Default settings you can tick the "Send E-mail via Microsoft Outlook. This will send it to your local Outlook and then send it from there. If not ticked, it will rely on the SAP Business One Service Manager > SBO Mailer to send through an SMTP server.

Hi Peter:
I was hoping you might still be out there to add to this reply. I have the settings correct to use Microsoft Outlook. However, when I go to send an invoice everything looks correct in Business One and it says it went correctly. However, the invoice does not attach.
Additionally, if I can send an order and a credit memo with no problem at all.
Any thoughts?
