How many users access a Portal Role?

Hi all..plz tell me how to access all the users of portal using a particular...I want to access or display all the Portal ID's which are accessing a particular Role i.e.for ex.SALES...

I want to display how many people have the authorizations to see the Role SALES in their Portal ID..

I am using Webdynpro application to achieve this.

Hi,

Portal role is assigned to Users. a user can have any no of roles. roles can have any no of users.

1. Access all the user one by one and then match each with particular role

How to check the user authentication at login i.e wehther the login user belongs to the paricular role or not..

Also can we customize the login page for authenticationat the application propertie level..
