Classification Datasources enable for BW 4 Hana

Hi all,

We have a green BW 4 Hana field.

Now I want to use the classification Datasources that are already used for the old BW.

In the RSA6 the red Icon for ODP compatibility on the right stays on red.

I check the source and found

According to that it should work. Although

BS_ANLY_DS_RELEASE_ODP did not change anything and RODPS_OS_EXPOSE is only for generic ones.

Is there an other trick or do I have to write a Program to change the table Roosattr directly.

Hi Dirk,

Please take a look on SAP Note 2232584. Make sure that you have the latest version of the note implemented (version 23), and that the DataSources you want to release for ODP are under its conditions (Solution section > SAP extractors). There are also instructions of how to proceed in case the extractor you want to be released for ODP is not available for release yet.

Hi Dirk,

I have the same problem for 1CL datasource.

When execute the program RODPS_OS_EXPOSE I don't find the 1CL* datasource.

Have you find a solution for this particular issue?

Hi,

according to our Basis all prerequisites are implemented but 2232584 does not help.

I ran the mentioned program and it did gave a positiv status line, but the 1CL datasource are still not part of the table and therefore not visible.
