I would like to know how's the effect when price change before / after PGI. I found that when price change after PGI, then the cost will be shown the new price on the billing doc.

if you change the sales price before and after PGI there will not be impact on accounting entries
if you change the cost of material in inventory there will be effect in inventory accounting, (in MM02 -- accounting tab1)
