How to Add a 'Z' Transaction to the Sap Area Menu

Hello All,

Kindly tell me what is the procedure to add a 'Z' Transaction to the Sap Area Menu.

This is my client requirement......and would be of great help if you can explain me how to do this

As i do not have any knowledge of this earlier.
