BPS and BCS functionality in BPC 5.1

Hi Experts,

Currently my client is working on Oracle GL and are using some Oracle tools for budgeting as well as consolidation. They are interested in going for BPC 5.1 for budgeting as well as consolidation. We know that BPS and BCS can achieve most of the functionality required for busgeting and consolidation.

Are you aware of any limitations (in terms of functionality) which they can face if they go for BPC instead of 5.1? Or to put it differently what are the limitations of BPC5.1 as compared to BPS ans BCS.

Hi,

BPC has no limitation if you compare with BPS or BCS.

Why they would like to go to 5.1 when SAP BPC 7.0 M was released already and you will have also SAP BPC 7.0 NW released in April?

Any of these choice is better then 5.1 because in 7.0 the performances were improved and also new functionalities were implemented.
